Mr. Stetson’s entity was a founding investor of Conkwest, renamed NantKwest, Inc., a clinical-stage immunotherapy company focused on harnessing the power of the innate immune system. NantKwest’s therapy used the natural killer cell to treat cancer, infectious diseases and inflammatory diseases. NantKwest's initial public offering in 2015 was the largest biotech IPO ever, based on a $2.6 Billion market cap.
