John Stetson

John Stetson is the Founder and Managing Member of Sunset Bay Capital, LLC, a multi-strategy Private Equity Firm based in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Mr. Stetson serves as Chief Executive Officer of PolarityBio, a biotechnology company developing regenerative tissue products, and is the Owner/CEO of Stoner’s Pizza Joint, a 55+ unit national pizza franchisor. In addition, he serves as a Special Advisor and Board Member to several portfolio companies.

He has held Chief Financial Officer and Director positions for two Nasdaq listed companies. As a public company executive, he has been responsible for raising over $250 million in financing. As a financier, he has been a founding investor in several $1+ billion market cap companies and has had multiple exits to Private Equity.

He received his BA in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.
